chrtGrid was designed to be a simple, easy, intuitive solution for traders of all backgrounds.
- Connecting to MetaMask
- If you are prompted by MetaMask to allow chrtGrid to initiate transactions, please click allow/accept.
- We do not use a custom token at the moment, so there is no contract to approve. As a result, we do not have control over any part of your wallet.
- You may switch networks in MetaMask to pay in a different currency. We only support Ethereum and Avalanche at this time (3/1/22): https://support.avax.network/en/articles/4626956-how-do-i-set-up-metamask-on-avalanche
2. Stats
- The stats section refreshes every few minutes automatically based on exchange data
- Shows the best/worst percentage gainers in a 24-hour period
3. Market Select
- This menu allows you to select exchanges and markets
- The top bar defaults to “Coinbase” and allows you to switch exchanges. The market will persist, so switching to Kucoin when you have “Best/Worst Gainers” selected will select the “Best/Worst Gainers” on Kucoin.
- The market list allows you to choose between various markets.
- “Latest” and “Custom Lists” are premium features.
- Latest shows the most recent listings of the selected exchange
- Custom Lists opens a custom UI where you can configure the cryptos/stocks/commodities you want to monitor.
4. Custom Lists (premium)
- You may manipulate this list as you want, but please click “save” to keep any changes, otherwise they will be lost.
5. CHARTS!
- Tip: hold [control] + [scroll down] OR hold [control] + press [minus (-)] to zoom out and tailor chart display based on your screen size.
- NOTE 1: If you see spinning circles, make sure that chrtGrid is only open in one tab/window or give it a few seconds and refresh or click on a market. You may click on the same market to reload the charts.
- NOTE 2: Due to the way TradingView widgets work and how many charts we are requesting, you may get rate limited for a few seconds. This is normal. This is why it says “please wait” when you switch markets/exchanges. Please give it 15–30 seconds and re-select or refresh the page.
